Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ist Googles Public-Cloud-Infrastruktur mit Stärken in KI/ML (Vertex AI, TPUs), Kubernetes (GKE — von Google erfunden), Big Data (BigQuery) und globaler Netzwerkinfrastruktur. GCP nutzt dieselbe Infrastruktur wie Googles eigene Dienste (Search, YouTube, Gmail) und bietet damit einzigartige Netzwerkperformance. GCP hat ca. 11 % Cloud-Marktanteil.
