Payment and Delivery Terms

1. Delivery

We charge €4.99 per order for delivery within Germany.

For deliveries abroad, please contact us before placing your order so that we can arrange the shipping options and costs individually. Alternatively, shipping costs within the EU will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Deliveries are made via DHL, UPS or similar courier services.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days within Germany.

As many of our products are refurbished IT hardware, each device is carefully checked and tested again before dispatch. This additional quality check ensures that all products meet our high quality standards.

Should an item ever be out of stock or delivery be delayed, we will, of course, inform you immediately.
