In addition, modular uplink slots enable the use of 10-Gigabit and 40-Gigabit uplinks to ensure seamless connectivity to core Switches and servers.
The ICX 7450 Switches are ideal for building converged networks in which data, voice and video are carried over a shared infrastructure. Organisations benefit from features such as stacking of up to 12 units, dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP), comprehensive Quality of Service mechanisms, and integrated network security via ACLs and 802.1X authentication. The high forwarding capacity and non-blocking switching fabric ensure consistently low latency even under full load.
