The Cisco Nexus 6001P Switch is a high-performance data centre solution from the tried-and-tested Nexus 6000 series, designed for demanding data centre environments with high bandwidth requirements. With 48 x 10G SFP+ ports and an additional 4 x QSFP+ uplinks, this Layer 3 Switch provides a flexible and scalable network infrastructure for modern data centre architectures.
In addition to the Cisco Nexus 6001P main switch, the bundle includes eight Nexus 2248TP-E Fabric Extenders with FET-10G modules, creating a complete top-of-rack solution with expanded connectivity options. The Fabric Extenders significantly expand port capacity and enable simplified management via the central parent Switch.
