The Juniper SRX-MP-1ADSL2-A is a compact mini physical interface module that adds a full-featured ADSL2+ connection to SRX Series Services Gateways. This Mini-PIM enables direct connection to DSL infrastructures and is ideal for branch offices and remote sites requiring integrated WAN connectivity.
The Juniper ADSL2+ Mini-PIM supports all common ADSL standards, including ADSL, ADSL2 and ADSL2+ with Annex A, for use over analogue telephone lines. As it is integrated directly into the SRX platform, there is no need for a separate DSL modem, which reduces both costs and complexity. The module offers downstream rates of up to 24 Mbit/s and, in combination with the security features of the SRX gateways, enables secure site-to-site networking.
